Our Weather Policy:

We understand that weather can be unpredictable, and we want to ensure your event is safe and enjoyable. Here’s our weather policy:

RAIN CANCELLATION POLICY
  • 100% Refund: You’ll receive a full refund if The Weather Network forecasts 5mm or more of rain during your selected event times.
  • Notification: Please submit the Weather Cancellation Request Form  at least 72 hours before your rental start date to request a weather-related cancellation.
GENERAL WEATHER GUIDELINES
  • Monitor the Forecast: Weather can change quickly. Please monitor the forecast closely 72 hours before your event.
  • Rescheduling: If weather conditions prevent safe setup and operation, we’ll work with you to reschedule for an alternative date (same or following week).
  • Refunds: If rescheduling isn’t possible due to 5mm+ rain during your event, you’ll receive a full refund.
  • Location Variability: Weather can differ from location to location. We may deliver even with light rain or brief weather disruptions, as these often pass quickly.
  • Safety First: We prioritize safety. If we believe conditions are unsafe or you won’t get your money’s worth, we’ll contact you via text or phone.
  • On-Site Decisions: Once we arrive, the full rental price is payable, regardless of usage time.
  • Cancellation Rights: We reserve the right to cancel due to high winds (over 24 km/h), rain, or thunderstorms, as these pose safety risks.
  • Driver Discretion: If it’s actively raining, winds are above 24 km/h, or temperatures are below 5 degrees Celsius upon driver arrival, setup may be refused.
