What sizes are your bouncy castles, and how much space do I need?
Our bouncy castles generally range from 12×12 feet to 15×15 feet. Each castle has specific space requirements for safe setup and operation.
This includes room for staking, the blower unit, and ensuring the castle doesn’t rub against walls, fences, or trees, which could cause damage. The dimensions listed with each castle on our website account for these necessary clearances. We strongly encourage you to measure your intended setup area to confirm a proper fit. If your yard has stairs or multiple levels, please call our office to discuss your specific setup needs and available options.
What surfaces are suitable for bouncy castle setup?
We typically set up on grass, which is our preferred surface for its safety and cushioning. We can also set up on dirt, asphalt, or concrete. However, we cannot set up on any rocky surfaces. The constant friction from rocks will cause excessive wear and tear, and potentially damage the vinyl material of the bouncy castle.
What happens if the bouncy castle gets damaged during my rental?
We understand accidents can happen. You are responsible for damage resulting from misuse, negligence, or failure to follow our safety guidelines (e.g., operating in high winds). We are responsible for normal wear and tear. We inspect each unit before delivery to ensure it’s in good condition. To avoid potential liability, please carefully review and adhere to the safety rules provided, which you will sign off on. These rules are designed to help you operate the bouncy castle safely.
Do you have Public Liability Insurance?
For your protection, we hold a $4 million public liability insurance policy against faulty equipment. We advise that you also secure personal liability insurance when supervising the equipment yourself.
