GUIDELINES FOR RESIDENTIAL RENTALS

How Our Scheduling Works:

We aim for seamless delivery and pick-up. While we often deliver and pick up on the same day, during our busy season (May-September), we follow these guidelines:

  • Provide Your Cell Number: Please include your cell phone number during checkout. We’ll use it to text you your assigned delivery and pick-up times.
  • Assigned Delivery/Pick-Up Times: We determine delivery and pick-up times based on location and logistics. You’ll receive a text with your assigned times the day before your event.
  • Efficient Scheduling: To manage our schedule effectively, we consider all orders and locations. Therefore, assigned times cannot be changed. Please ensure your order information is accurate.
  • Rental Duration: You can choose a rental duration of up to 6 hours or longer for an additional fee.
    • We may deliver up to 6 hours before your event.
    • We will pick up within 24 hours after your event.
    • Guaranteed Time: We guarantee the specific times you select on your order.
      • Example: If you choose 1 PM – 7 PM, we guarantee delivery between 9AM to at 12 PM. Delivery may occur earlier. Pick up may occur the next day, but will still be at no extra cost. Consider adding a FAQ section to address common questions about delivery and pick-up.
