Bounce with Me Rider Safety Rules & Policies
- Maximum Capacity: Most inflatable bouncers have a maximum capacity of up to six children. Overcrowding can lead to injuries.
- Age and Ability Matching: Children should only be permitted in the bouncer with other children of similar age, size, and/or physical ability. This helps prevent injuries from collisions.
- Weather Conditions: The inflatable unit must never be set up or operated during inclement weather or if winds exceed 25 Km/hour. This is to prevent serious injury or damage.
Rider Safety Rules
- Supervision: Never enter the inflatable unless an attendant is present.
- Attire: Remove shoes, eyeglasses, and any sharp objects before entering the ride.
- Prohibited Items: Absolutely no confetti, silly string, face paint, food, drinks, gum, pets, or sand in or around the inflatable.
- Safe Play: Running, somersaults, diving, wrestling, rough play, and flips are prohibited. Play away from others and away from the sides, including the entrance/exits safety step.
- Jumping: Do not jump onto or off the ride.
- Size Sorting: Riders should be sorted by size. Only riders of the same size should be allowed in the ride at the same time.
- Age and Weight Limits: Only children 3-12 years of age should be permitted to ride. The maximum weight per rider is 150 lbs. or less. Parents are allowed to accompany small children.
- Air Loss: Exit immediately if the unit begins to lose air.
For Rides with Climbs & Slides
- Slide Safety: Go down the slide feet first only. No more than 1 rider at a time in the slide area.
- Footwear: Socks must be worn by all children when using the slide.
- Operator Responsibility: The operator must strictly enforce all safety rules and be in control of the ride at all times.
- Bystander Safety: Ensure bystanders observe from a safe distance. A minimum of 2 feet perimeter should be kept around all sides of the inflatable.
- Rider Assistance: The operator should assist riders on and off the ride.
- Secure Tie-Downs: The ride must be securely tied down.
- Ground Fault Protection: The blower requires a ground fault protection circuit (GFCI).
- Sand and Dirt: Absolutely no sand or dirt permitted in the inflatable.
- Blower Safety: Keep children away from the blower at all times and it should only be operated by the supervising adult.
- Weather Conditions: Do not use and immediately deflate the ride if winds exceed 25 Km/hour and/or it begins to rain.
- Physical Impairment: Persons with mental or physical impairments should not be allowed to use this ride.
- Emptying the Inflatable: Ensure the inflatable has been emptied before turning off the blower. This includes any articles of clothing left behind, balloons, balls, dirt, grass, or garbage to avoid additional charges.

Additional Information
- Cleaning Charge: There will be an additional cleaning charge of up to $500.00 if the inflatable has been found to have been misused or neglected as outlined in the safety & operating rules above or listed within the Terms & Agreement Policy.
- Re-Rolling Fee: There will be a re-rolling fee of $60.00 per inflatable if our staff need to set up to retrieve left-behind items once the bouncer has already been rolled up.
